At Mistify, every bottle is a ritual. We craft and dispatch each extrait with care, precision, and poetry. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of fragrance and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, we will gladly accept returns if:

• The item arrived damaged, leaking, or defective
• You received the wrong product

To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mistify.pk or via WhatsApp +923197999443 with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Non-Refundable Items:
