Due to the nature of fragrance, we don't accept returns or exchanges on opened bottles. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at contact@mistify.pk or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos — we'll send a free replacement.

Can i cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
After that, our team begins crafting your blend, and changes may not be possible.
