How long does Mistify perfume last?
Our perfumes last 6 to 10 hours on skin, and our perfume oils 8 to 20 hours, depending on the scent and the weather. We test every batch for how long it lasts in Pakistan's heat.
How do I place an order?
Pick your perfume and size, tap Add to cart, then check out with your delivery details and payment method: cash on delivery, JazzCash or Easypaisa. You get a confirmation straight away, and a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 5 business days across Pakistan, and same day in Multan. Orders are packed in 1 to 2 business days.
How much is shipping?
Rs 250 per order. Shipping is free when your order is over Rs 4,000.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We send a tracking link by SMS or email once your parcel is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, leaking or wrong. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We can't take back opened or used perfume. See Orders & returns for the steps.
Can I try a scent before buying a full bottle?
Yes. Our tester packs have 5 ml vials, the same formula as the full bottles.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. There is no minimum order, and we can put your logo on the box. Prices are on quote. See Corporate & bulk orders.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
Yes. We offer gift wrapping and digital gift cards.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We only ship within Pakistan for now.
