Shipping is Rs 250 per order, and free when your order is over Rs 4,000.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, or your Afterglow lasts less than 10 hours, we fix it. Here's how.
- Tell us within 48 hours
Send your order number and clear photos of the bottle and box on WhatsApp or to support@mistify.pk.
- We check it
Keep the item unused and in its box while we look at it.
- Replacement or refund
We send a new one, or refund you by bank transfer or JazzCash.
Questions
Can I return a perfume I don't like?
We can't take back opened perfume. If you're unsure about a scent, try a tester pack first.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched we send a tracking link by SMS or email. Message us on WhatsApp if it hasn't arrived.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can. Changes are easiest before the parcel is dispatched.
How is a refund paid?
By bank transfer or JazzCash, after we've checked the photos of the damaged or wrong item.
How much is shipping?
Rs 250 per order. Shipping is free when your order is over Rs 4,000.
